Before we can get started with assessment and therapy, I need a little more information about you/your child. This way, we can determine if I am able to provide the most helpful treatment for your family’s needs (in other words, if we are going to be a good fit).
After you have submitted your contact information, I will be in touch in 1-3 business days to schedule a free, 15-minute consultation appointment. This phone call is meant to be introductory, with no pressure to commit to services. If during the call it seems we are a great fit, we can schedule your first appointment.

My goal is to provide effective, short-term treatment that produces lasting effects. Most importantly, I aim to provide you/your child with skills that you can use both in and out of the therapy room, and for years to come.
As such, treatment is designed to consist of:
12-20 sessions
Weekly
In person
50-60 minutes per session
Cost: $300 per session

More often than not, it will make the most sense to involve parents and/or caregivers in their child’s treatment. Childhood anxiety and OCD tend to get pretty involved in the family, affecting not just the individual. In turn, parents and caregivers often give so much effort to helping their child struggling with OCD and anxiety, and sometimes it seems like things just aren’t changing, or are just getting worse.
If we work together, my hope is that we can combine my expertise in OCD/anxiety treatment with your expertise in your child, and use methods that work to support your child in pushing back.
Parents may be asked to join sessions with their child. Other times, I may suggest that we meet one on one. Parent sessions can occur throughout treatment, in the same week as an individual session. These sessions can be in person or virtual.
